The mission of the Lower Shore Clinic is to provide caring, effective, and highly accessible psychiatric treatment and therapy to all residents seeking service on the Lower Eastern Shore. The Lower Shore Clinic is affiliated with Go-Getters, Inc., a psychiatric rehabilitation program which offers a community of friendship and support for people recovering from severe mental illness here on the Lower Eastern Shore. All clients in need of services are assessed by the clinic following a psychiatric evaluation which includes history ( bio-psychological),mental status examination, and diagnosis. New clients are accepted daily for intakes at 7:50am on a walk-in basis. Treatment plans are developed based upon the admission screening and are reviewed, at a minimum, every six months. The Lower Shore Clinic works hard to provide treatment to people regardless of their ability to pay. Fees are arranged on a sliding scale. If treatment at the Lower Shore Clinic is not indicated, staff will provide a referral to a suitable resource along with an explanation of the decision. We Offer Individual counseling, Group therapy, Family counseling, Medication, Education regarding physical health, Case management for coordination of resources, Crisis intervention, Crisis residential placement, Discharge planning and Aftercare planning
Hours of Operation Salisbury - Walk in accepted Monday- Friday 7:50am Hours of Operation: Monday (8am-8pm), Tuesday / Wednesday (8am-5pm), Thursday (8am-8pm), Friday (8am-4pm) Princess Anne - Tuesday (12:30pm-5pm ) Saturday hours arranged as needed and requested by clients.
