The Main Street program offers community support, residential, and day program services. Day Program classes include; daily living skills, career development, stress reduction, sympton management, GED classes, basic budgeting, support groups, and art. The program provides lunch and access to transportation to and from the program.
Residential and Community Support services are available to participants in Wicomico County. The goal of the program is to provide services to assist individuals with developing and maintaining the highest level of independence as possible. Staff provides varied levels of support to assist the members in achieving goals in the following areas:

Monitering and symptom management
Assistance
with meal planning and preparation
Assistance
with keeping the household clean
Prompting
to maintain hygiene and personal apperance
Money
Management and assistance purchasing food and personal items
Individual
counseling and crisis support
Various
social activities and outings
