We provide a Day program twice a week, Mondays and Thursdays. Program includes groups pertaining to mental health issues, daily living skills, and many more activities varying each month. We provide lunch and snacks.
We provide services to each of the members in the surrounding community of Pocomoke, Snow Hill, and the other smaller communities in Worcester County. Advocates assist with the daily demands of life and provide services in the community, home, worksite or another location chosen by the member. These services include; Medication monitoring, money management , gaining and maintaining entitlements, aquiring and maintaining employment and housing, connecting to community resources, interpersonal and family problems and maintaining good overall mental health.
